June 1st 2021
Extension of revised restrictions until June 14th, what does this mean for your pets?
We are able to continue seeing your pets BUT we cannot have parents enter the building with them.
When you arrive at the practice please call us and we shall collect your pet from you (and give them treats, hugs and pats). An examination will be performed and the Doctor will follow up with a phone call to discuss what has been found.
If you do not have a cellular phone please come to the front door and knock – we will see or hear you eventually!
After the appointment has ended, the Technician will return your pet to you and take care of the payment for the visit.
We would appreciate that clients wear masks when our staff are retrieving and returning your pets.
If any of our clients are waiting to hear from our Doctors about medical results that have been performed in the clinic, we are sometimes opting to send an email as we are having trouble connecting with clients via the phone. Please know we are trying to reach out to you as soon as we have available results. If you have not heard from us after 5 business days, please check your email including your SPAM folder. If you could ensure we have your correct email address when you visit, it would be greatly appreciated.
We would request if you are awaiting COVID results, have anyone in the household with COVID or have been exposed to a possible COVID person that you reschedule your appointment to another time.
Curbside pickup for medications and food will continue. To make life easier for our clients, if you would like to pre-pay for your products before heading out to pick them up this will improve the waiting time required for a staff member to attend to you. We accept payment via e transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org or via credit card over the phone.
Thank you for your continued patience.
